Please explain this and one would certainly agree. However, the entire delegation of local politicos were AWOL with respect to this awful development at Babe's golf course. Clearly, pressure could have been placed on EP locally and by John Daley and we now know that family and politcal alliances prevailed. This development will compromise public safety and environmental concerns for generations in North Beverly.
That's Pritzker, genius, Barry Husseins backers, who keep their money(and taxes)offshore in the Bahamas where their bank is located. Where's your messiah now?
Why would Evergreen Park have to bow to the 19th ward with this issue......this property is and always will be on EP soil...none of your business. The same issue can be said of Mother McCauley building that wonderful building on 99th st. tha borders Evergreen Park.....yet the 19th ward and the city of chicago pushed it through without any concern for traffic safety ect. in Evergreen Park. Let it go....!!!
The property that is being referred to is located at 10353 S. Seeley. The new owners are attempting to tear down the property because of the existence of highly infectious mold growth. Supposedly the mold has consumed the entire property, including the soil. The owners are not receiving support from the alderman, neighbors, or the neighborhood landmark society.
