Even the debates have been corrupted.

OBAMA, CAUGHT IN A LIE THAT WILL HAUNT HIM, TEMPORARILY RESCUED BY CANDY CROWLEY

Teri_OBrienBy Teri O'Brien -
As we have frequently noted here and on the Teri O'Brien Show, during any of these presidential debates, the Republican candidate must fend off two Democrat opponents, the other candidate and the moderator. Last night's tag team featured Barack Hussein Obama and Candy Crowley. Even The Hill admits that she performed well for her democrat team. In a story headlined "Moderator Crowley helps Obama rebut Romney on Libya," they write:
President Obama had the help of moderator Candy Crowley during Tuesday's second presidential debate when rebutting an argument from Mitt Romney about his administration's response to last month's attack in Libya.

Romney and congressional Republicans for weeks have been lambasting the president for taking too long to qualify the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that left four Americans dead on Sept. 11 as a result of terrorism.
In response to a question about the assault, Obama said he had called it an "act of terror" during remarks the next day in the Rose Garden, and Crowley vouched for him.
Romney was visibly surprised by the president's answer and appeared to believe he'd caught the president in a lie.
“You said in the Rose Garden, the day after the attack it was an act of terror? It was not a spontaneous demonstration? Is that what you're saying?” Romney said. “I want to make sure we get that for the record, because it took the president 14 days before he called the attack in Benghazi an act of terror.”
"Get the transcript," Obama replied.
Crowley then broke in, saying: “He did in fact, sir. So let me — let me call it an act of terror …”
“Can you say that a little louder, Candy?” Obama shouted.
Of course Barack Obama used the words "act of terror." He was talking about the original 9/11 attacks during those Rose Garden remarks. If that weren't the case, there would have been no need for Susan Rice to go on those 5 Sunday shows on 9/16/12, and try to sell that ridiculous story that four Americans were murdered because of a silly YouTube video that almost no one saw.
After the debate, Candy admitted that Mitt was correct. Also from The Hill article:
In an interview after the debate on CNN, Crowley said Romney's broader point that the Obama administration didn’t initially call the Benghazi assault a terrorist attack was correct.
"He was right in the main, I just think he picked the wrong word," Crowley said.
A timeline compiled by The Hill shows that National Counterterrorism Center director Matthew Olsen was the first member of the Obama administration to call the Libya assault a terrorist attack, and did so during congressional testimony on Sept. 19. The next day, White House press secretary Jay Carney said it was "self-evident" that the assault was terrorism.
"Picked the wrong word?" Are you kidding me? Facts are facts, Candy. I would say that you should be embarrassed, but I don't think it's possible to embarrass these Lame Stream Media weasels.
Obama and his team may believe that they dodged a bullet and put this issue behind them, but I think this lie will come to haunt them in the next debate, which happens to be about foreign policy. His pal Candy is on the record as saying that Mitt was right. Even the reporters at The Hill can see that Obama's story isn't true. Revising history is an important strategy from the leftist playbook. Unfortunately for them, this incident is fresh in our memories, and it's not going to work this time.

Read Feith's comments in the WSJ today for some context with respect to the Obama ideology that does not consider Islam as a threat. God help us. We Americans need to read a bit more history and try and understand that recent scores of years have been a continuum of international threats against the US. This kid Obama is dangerous to the core as he has endeavored to redefine history thru a wierd perspective of his audacious view of himself. Keep in mind that his slogan of Yes we Can is really Yes I Can. How hard working Americans view this creep with anything but contempt boggles the mind.
