Sorry but I do not see "clearly" that the Packers had the ball any more than Tate did. Simultaneous possession does not say who has "more possession". Two people can hold the ball at the same time and my understanding is that if there is a situation like that then it is considered possession by the offense and a touchdown. If there is another angle i did not see maybe there could be a case made that Tate did not have possession. It might be the wrong call but certainly not the worst ever .....
