This man was supposed to be the standard bearer for his people during the 21st century. A role model for a race that needs guidance. In this he has failed, miserably. He has shown himself to be just another "Rollin Stone", a pimp working the system. Where is the leadership? There is none. He is another Gus Savage and a Mel Reynolds all rolled into one. Girlfriends, attempting to bribe Blago, lying about it after he was caught, campaign finance irregularities, Federal investigation, excessive drinking, etc. When does the misbehavior stop? When does he begin to be a positive role model? He has turned his position into a national laughingstock. He has disappeared for 30 days only to issue a press release stating he has a mood disorder. Enough of this.
The black community has people (plenty of them), that can step up to the plate and take care of business. It's time for those people to be heard. It's time for those people to take back the position that belongs to them and begin the process of bringing respect to the black community.
HE will resign. He cannot lie to the Congressional Committee without being subject to perjury charges. Now that his Indian pal has been indicted he will start informing on Little Jesse. He will remain in seclusion as long as possible faking illness and try to turn the seat over to his wife. When that doesn't work he will reemerge as a lobbyist or on some rep for a big business Old Man Jester will extort for not having enough diversity ( Jacksons) on the company payroll.
ReplyDeleteOT BUT VERY IMPORTANT: a bonafide attempted vehicular hijacking with a handgun occurred on the 101st block of S Washtenaw on Tuesday July 10 at 1110pm. Victim was a female white who pulled into her driveway and was approached by two male blacks ages 20-25. One pointed a gun at the victim and pulled the drivers side handle (which was locked) demanding her car. The victim got on the phone and the black offenders fled in a blue gmc with a partial plate of "RDW." Be on the lookout. If anyone sees a car or offenders matching the description call 911. this lowlife isnt going anywhere. he will play that race card like a vegas pro. even the phoney suicide attempt,you cant question because of insensitivity toward the victim. these f*&king democrates have no shame. just look at the redistricting. if i could duck and weave like that i coulda been a contenda.....we have got to remember this in november,our other rep is none other than bobby rush. another slug who just wont go home. this is their lifestyle not mine....

ReplyDeleteI agree that he needs to resign. But why does this writer need to go as far as saying that another black person has to step up and take his place?? Why not just say that there are better candidates out there - and we should pick the one that is the most qualified?
