More tree problems.

On the NE corner  of 103rd street and Washtenaw is one of the biggest trees I ever saw in a city parkway. The tree is also dead and has been for two years. It will soon begin dropping its limbs onto the sidewalk or the house which borders the parkway. Children from SJF walk under this tree everyday. What does it take to:

1. Temporarily cordon off the sidewalk.

2. Get the tree removed.
