Too many politicians are more interested in helping illegal aliens than they care about our great country of America and the citizens.
I am celebrating age 90 because my grandmother encouraged me to self educate and learn nutrition, food science, and how the body works plus the role of hormones that arrive at certain times of the day and night.
Schools are not teaching students the most important subject on earth which is how the human body works, how to feed it, and how to live a longer and healthier life with nutrition education, food science, and medical literacy. Kids are having heart attacks and early death at ages 40 plus because of their diet and lifestyles, medical illiteracy, and lack of knowledge of vitamins and minerals in food and their purpose. Cancer is on the attack because of the diet. Food is medicine for the body, learn how to use it.
Healthy living to reach 90 plus should be taught beginning K to college for longevity and emphasized to allow people to enjoy all of the material stuff they are buying.
The mayor needs to stop interfering with the president’s method of sending illegal aliens back to their country. If she has money to donate, use it to get the homeless American citizens off of the streets.
