    1. Being convicted of a felony in Texas is immaterial to the case. Certainly a Minneapolis officer wouldn't have known that to start with anyway

  2. Sorry, it isn't the first time this fellow has gone too far. This instance shows poor situational awareness, and complete incompetence. There were, at least 4 other police standing there watching, they all share the blame, and if 4 trained police can't handle one handcuffed drunk, their leaders, and trainers are also incompetent.

It's so easy to be a Monday Morning Quarterback.
How many guys like this have you had to fight, Tim?

Pre-lim shows no evidence of asphyxia or strangulation.

I talked to a friend on MPD told me they were taught to use knee to the neck in their academy. I'm sure Chauvin will bring that up in his defense.

Poor training and poor policies don't absolve an individual of liability or legal jeopardy. Once a subject is cuffed, roll him over, sit him up or stand him up. 7 or 8 minutes of the famous Minneapolis knee maneuver is not appropriate

I see nothing wrong with the officers actions.
