Okay, Here's my conspiracy theory on this. First off, its hard to understand how a virus spread by person to person contact like sneezing, coughing, touching could reach such dramatic numbers to seniors living in nursing homes. I'm trying to comprehend how a singular type of facility like a nursing home could be struck in so many locations throughout so many states. The math doesn't make sense to me. While the fatalities are undeniable, the method in which this virus has hit countries across the planet don't add up for me. So my conspiracy theory is that this virus was created and spread by some means other than people eating bats or other animals. I realize its hate mongering or xenophobic (sp?) to suggest a group or race as being solely responsible for this, but in recent years we've seen governments use chemical weapons on their own people, scientists with knowledge and consciences about these virus's suddenly disappear. In the US, the president has voiced his opposition to the unfair trade policies in China, has spoken up about stolen technology and intellectual property, has placed tariffs on imports to offset the trade balance, all the while big pharma has sent manufacturing of pharmaceuticals (sp?) to China. China's laboratories have denied international teams of inspectors and of course the world health organization bullshitted the planet into downplaying the virus and praised the Chinese government's handling of it. On the other hand its been pointed out that influenza outbreaks are responsible for about 70,000 deaths annually. Could it be the Democrats in their zeal and compliance with the national media have tried every imaginable contrived drama and still have been unsuccessful in removing the president? Could it be they're willing to drive the economy far into the ground and let it simmer until the general population starts pointing fingers at Trump?
I hope this thinking is just a by-product of a month long case of cabin fever, but a daily dose of seeing that whining fat bastard who bought the governor's mansion without any credible resume leads me to think that its improbable for every nursing home in the country to be churning out so many deceased. I apologize for sounding like a whack job. And hopefully the current assortment of government officials will align themselves with a proper and prudent response so this all passes. End of rant.
Sad part is USA may not fare well against the Chinese who have no affirmative action or trannies in their military.

The virus started in Wuhan but somehow didn’t get to other major cities in China yet made it across the ocean
