All these "politicians" that Chicago sends to Washington are there because the City and the County don't want them here. Pucinski, Guiterez, Garcia, Schakowski, Raja. They get there and they all start to believe their own bullshit. Quigley came out of Bernie Hansen's 44th Ward. Bernie himself, well known for patrolling the Wrigleyville and Boys Town neighborhood in a never ending search for the prostitute that lifted his wallet while his pants were down around his ankles in his Lincoln Town car with the WARD44 plates. Yep, nothing but the best we ship off to DC.

Schakowsky's north suburban state representative district included Chicago's Rogers Park community.
Quigley, Garcia and Davis served as county commissioners. The last two served as aldermen, with Guiterrez.
Rush also served as alderman.
