McCarthy, if he decides to run, will have a few fund raisers courtesy of his lawyer wife and her friends. If he jumps in, the rank and file of CPD will be on him like flies on shit. His history of shooting out streetlights and berating an officer who had his daughter on a traffic stop will come up. His Comstat strategies and ill temperament as police superintendent will shred the "in the trenches with the troops" image he cultivated a few years back.

What we need as mayor isn't available. There's too many recipients of social entitlement programs along with a mass exodus of Illinoisans to make any living in this city any more affordable. Rahm will find the African American community will turn their back on him, in spite of the deluge of public works projects placed in the Englewood and Austin neighborhoods. I'm looking for someone from Pilsen or Little Village to jump into the race and siphon off the Latino vote.

Whoever runs for the Mayor's job is like entering a Miss Ugly contest where the winners are really the losers and the remaining assets of the city are sold off like harvested body parts.

Rahm is running, unless you know something that we don't. We have to make sure that he does not win. No matter who wins, they cannot be worse than Rahm. He belongs in jail and under his watch, life in this city has gotten worse for all people, except for the criminals (himself included).

I do not like Rahm at all. The idea that no one would be worse for the city I do not agree. He actually tried to curb some of the insane demands made upon the taxpayers by The CPS "Communist Public School" system union during a time when most of us were worried whether we, our spouses, our kids would still have a job these leftists (Sharkey VP of union is speaker at Socialist conventions) in the union demanded pay raises! Outrageous that still makes my ears burn to remember that time when neighbors with cushy city jobs had the deluded gall to COMPLAIN to us peons. There are far worse options, specifically any black demagogue could come to fan the flames of the people who are brainwashed to think they are "disenfranchised". The worse Mayor crowd who hate Rahmm seem to think a more lunatic spending union cowtowing leftist will be BETTER. Better for who? Not me.

Dart is out, done, finished, gone. This is his last term as sheriff too.
