His Obamaness has been living pretty high on the hog since leaving office. Seems like he'd have to be getting his end of this deal to allow something like this to happen.
When you think about it, nobody really heard about this deal until it was already done. Hindsight is 20/20, but it sure seems like an awful lot of these folks got filthy rich after leaving government service(?).
