Chicago needs an overhaul on every single level of government. There is so much political waste it becomes very appalling. My question is has there ever been a reforn to reduce the number of alderman in the city. 50 of them is unnecessary. They do very little work and are overpaid to do nothing. Does the reform have to be entered by another politician or can the average voter do this. This is just one idea and I'm sure there are better ones out there. I'm willing to listen to other ideas. We the people of Chicago need to get are stuff together or it's oy going to become worse
