Egomaniac and not as conservative as he would have you think

Tax the renters. They use the CPS more than homeowners.

the curriculum is already set for the teachers. They hand out the papers and babysit the kids than send them down to the feeding trough. All while hungover.

You have got to be kidding, Rauner is to blame? How about the fact that for years teachers only contributed 2% towards there pension with the taxpayer making up the balance and the balance is now due. Blame squarely rests on the Democratic leadership in Chicago that buys votes with taxpayers money, in this case it was the teacher's vote. No republicans voted for your new soda tax, so keep voting democratic and enjoy your misery, but down blame the other guy.

If only these overpaid and underworked teachers could teach CPS kids not to shoot each other.

You are absolutely right Anonymous. The dems have been stealing all the tax monies for their own greedy needs. Why the hell should the rest of the people in Illinois pay for the Chicago greed. Let the freeloaders and the democrats go to hell!
