This is for Alderman Matt O'Shea. I would like you to know that the building undergoing masonry repairs at 111 th an Kedzie is not stable. Take a look at the corner section. People should not be standing under it while waiting for the bus. The entire corner should be roped off until the repairs are completed. Take a look at it for yourself.
I don't know what the refacing of that corner is going to do for anybody who leases a storefront there. I can't think of any business that has located there being in business for more than nine months.
