Marc Trestman aware of ‘noise,’ still supports Jay Cutler and admits he is a closet idiot.

Marc Trestman aware of ‘noise,’ still supports Jay Cutler. In other words, the coach has decided to ignore the obvious. Despite having good numbers throughout most of his career, Cutler is just not a good leader. In fact, Cutler has no leadership skills. I would venture to say that a coach that can't sense this won't ever amount to that much of a coach.

Both Cutler and Trestman have to hit the road.

After the abysmal showings of our baseball teams last season, I was really looking forward to watching the Bears this year. The hype and positive reports broadcast from training camp, the addition of Jared Allen, the idea that if the Bears played for 60 minutes every game, they'd be in the playoffs....must have been dreaming. What I got instead is a middle age man who yells at his television. Now when I look at those little Miller Lite football schedules they give you in the store, and see how many games will be in prime time before a national audience, I just go to bed early that nite and wait for the excuses the next day. Why ruin a good nights sleep?
