didnt this couple have a home inspection before they bought the building?when we bought our home in beverly yrs back we hired a inspector that went from attic to bsmnt and even the terracotta roof and did find some things wrong minor but the sellers did have corrected,also we beleive that the sellers can be liable for non disclosure of the facts that are being brought out in this report but my other thought is that something with this whole thing does not seem kosher,,
