I say that history will not be kind to this time period when people like Jan Schakowsky actually ran the country.
Anything a Schakowsky says should be considered as questionable. Please keep in mind that Ms. Schakowsky's husband did some time a few years ago for bank fraud. Where is the shame?

But there has been a 17-year pause in global warming. If Schakowsky walks a mile east from her Evanston home, she'll see a frozen Lake Michigan. And the Chicago area is enduring its third-coldest and third-snowiest winter ever.
For liberals, climate change is a racket they can use to attack efficient and abundant fossil fuel energy sources and replace them with unproven wind andsolar power so they can reward environmentalist campaign donors and crony capitalism operators.
I'm another unhappy Schakowsky constituent and find her too liberal, too combative, and totally unworthy of her position. But using Chicago's winter to argue against climate change is silly. Worldwide the winter temperatures are running high--January, for instance, was the fourth-warmest January on record. The eastern U.S. is one of only a few places worldwide that's been running below average. Human-induced climate change has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt by objective, non-political evidence. The fact that some of the people who talk about it most are flaming liberals, that has nothing to do with the validity of the evidence.
ReplyDeleteSchakowsky is such a left wing radical it is astonishing that the area which she represents finds her attitudes, opinions, demeanor, and votes ...to be acceptable to represent them. It would be like some rural area somewhere electing a crazy KKK member to represent them. Clearly such an imaginary scenario would be just ...imaginary (nightmarish)...but Schakowsky and her extreme views gets zero scrutiny by our left wing media....could be they are of the same ilk. That area may have a larger percentage of liberals than other parts of Chicago...but come on Chicago is a moderate traditionally Democrat leaning area with many traditional Catholic (Reagan Democrat) voters.... we are not San Francisco.

In years past Democrat was a name attached to our party that ran the city of Chicago...but the politicians were not leftists....now they all are very liberal. They believe this crap. The national Democrat Party is the enemy of the little guy entrepreneur, the family, and churchgoers who still believe in the Christian faith that has held the same fundamental beliefs for over a millennium. (Unlike the politicians like Dart, Hurley, Cunningham etc...from our own neighborhoods who turn their back on everything traditional that made our ancestry, our neighborhood, our city...and our country the greatest. ) They don't care ....as long as they scored that nice job with the pension. Sick.
