The second Obama term.
Do you want to know what life will be like in America during the next Obama term? Here is a glimpse. Some of this is already happening.
- Federal tax increases for everyone. Increases will be in the base rate, capital gains and dividends.
- Accelerating inflation, up to 25% per year. Lead by increases in fuel and food. The government will tell us that we shouldn't consider fuel and food increases because they are so "volatile", and that the "core inflation rate is very low. Obama supporters will try to believe it.
- Spot shortages of fuel and food. These shortages will begin with pork and bread during 2013. The government will tell us it's only because of the 2012 drought. Obama supporters will try to believe it.
- Slow growth. The QE 3 action is only for purposes of keeping the lid on things during the election.
- Surging unemployment. Massive layoffs resulting from Obamacare. Obama supporters will try to deny it.
- War with Iran and possibly Pakistan.
- More cities going bankrupt as they decide to not honor their pensions. Obama supporters will try to get by without their pensions.
- Possible state bankruptcies. California and Illinois will try to package everything up and discharge it.
How about these, based on the actual accomplishments of the Obama term?
ReplyDelete- National debt will reach more than $20 trillion by the end of Obama's second term (based on the $5 trillion increase he has so far)
- Gas prices will reach $8 a gallon (based on Obama's policies which doubled the price of a gallon of gasoline over when he first took office)
- 300,000 more Americans will be out of a job (based on the hundreds of thousands of Americans who lost their jobs during the Obama administration due to his policies.
(As for the "War with Iran" you name, sorry to say, it is already on. Iran has openly declared its intent to kill all 300,000,000 American citizen, and its terrorist armies have already killed many. It is only due to our strong military that more haven't been killed).
How about this. 15 in 15. Gas will be $15 a gallon in 2015. Due to the energy policies of the Obamas and the Iran war. Do you think i'm smoking something. Anything f----- up can happen and with this guy in the drivers seat, it will happen. Keep in mind that Obamas accomplishments are due only to affirmative action. He is a man with limited intellectual capacity.

ReplyDeleteIt is already bad for many of us...Obummer can blame Bush but he had his four years. He chose to push through Obamacare when so many Americans were suffering. His inattention to the economy caused so much needless suffering. The naive inexperience of good minded college kids was exploited for their vote. Now so many have had their lives put on hold during the past four years as unemployment for recent college grads is approx. 50% !

11) In order to "promote conservative social values" polygamy is simultaneously legalized with restrictions on hand holding and kissing in public.
12) Romney finally releases his tax returns but it is illegal to read it.
13) All Mexicans are made U.S. citizens, including citizenship for Romney's Mexican family.
14) Romney's relative, Brigham Young, and the elders of the Church of Latter-Day Saints are declared "Founding Fathers."
15) ATLAS SHRUGGED is required reading, similar to how Paul Ryan required all his staffers to read it. Objectivism becomes the official philosophy of the United States. Paul Ryan is the natural choice as the first "Enforcer-in-Chief" of objectivism.

Look - the Republican party is so extreme today that even Ronnie Reagan would not get the nomination. I actually just mentioned that in another comment. A lifetime union member? Who? Reagan. No chance of being a major player in politics for the Republican party.
And, speaking of religion, I feel sorry for those who think of Paul Ryan as a Catholic. That may be his religion, but that is not his belief system. There is a difference. His belief system that influences his policy making is objectivism - you can ask Paul Ryan himself. He pretty much imposes this belief system on those who work for him. Kind of creepy if you ask me.
It is laugh-out-loud ironic that I am the "bigot" and "fascist" when it comes to any discussion of Romney's religion when that religion has a record/history of actual bigotry and fascism. Very ironic.
Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged is a fictional book based on a writer who saw first hand the tyrany of "Progressives" and basically exposes the truth about societies. There are doers and there are takers. The left convinces the takers that it is moral to do so. It is not. Those who get to a point of success in America mostly do it through hard work and extreme self sacrifice. They provide a product or service that people WANT. They dont put a gun to people's heads like the Socialist Left Democrats do. They are the Nazis that want to control people. I can be overcharged for using my ATM card. But only if I choose to take money out at midnight. If I go into the bank during the day I am not charged for that. Just an example of how the left sees things. Forget the fact that the bank is making it very convenient for people who need money night or day to have that money available.

It was hysterical when I heard Obummer talking early in his Admin. saying that GM had put together a plan for restructuring and he found it "unworkable, unacceptable". I nearly spit out my coffee. They were successful, overall. By successful I mean that they did for the companies that hired them - what they needed to survive. Interestingly the liberal Democrat minority has no fear of putting their Odumbo signs on their wealthy manicured lawns. ReplyDeleteObama will "win" the debate tonite no matter what. The media will report that because he will likely do "better" than last time. They are only focused on Obama because that is THEIR candidate. That is who they are for. Romney will still be Romney, the guy who commanded the respect of highly competent business people and who is a true leader. Without Obama's teleprompter he will be unable to adequately defend what is a pretty bad record as President. If he decides to be nasty, like Joker Biden - he will alienate the only people who matter right now- the independent undecided voter. It will be out of character for President Obama, who is usually a likeable guy on a personal level. He will be like Al Gore who was a different Al in every debate. I actually think that people who were still on the fence, watched the first debate and made up their minds.

Yet if the media has published polls that had Obama ahead (boo) that now point to Romney in a dead heat (yay) somehow it's still the same "liberal" media. The same media that focused on Obama's religion so thoroughly that, like JFK, he had to make a speech on it has not put forth question one about Romney's religion. What is media? Conservative talk radio outlets outnumber any progressive radio outlets by large numbers. Fox news is a huge presence. So why this nonsense about "liberal" media?
