I still find it interesting that the dems would rather have unemployment than any decent tax generating entity. Well that does seem to be the Obama group policy. They do have a nice menu. Waffle fries too. Salads. Breakfast.
I really did not expect this marketing scheme to work, but it is moving chicken. It is selling sex (or anti sex), but in a very unique way.
It is simultaneously fascinating and sad. Even the marketing head for the company died of a heart attack, probably worried that this ploy would not work.
Some of us are that dumb believing that buying chicken is supporting our values or engaging in politics.
This type of marketing will be in the business school textbooks - mark my words.
waterbill, briefly, you want it both ways: you do not want Mitt Romney (mint more money) to pay taxes, yet you think a chick-fil-A is going to create all of these jobs and generate tax revenue.

This is a marketing ploy to appeal to a certain segment of our society who believe that buying chicken at chick-fil-A is going to save their marriage, civilization, or something.
Now I will be political: support a small family-owned restaurant. Those are real jobs. That actually supports YOUR community. Avoid this corporate food and corporate marketing ploys. I went to that one restaurant in Tinley Park---the name eludes me---after those dangerous idiots raided the place. Buy local, support your community. Avoid being a sheep (cow?) in this political and marketing game.
if you knew how our tax system really worked you would know that the monies off shore for mitt is after tax money,BUT. that was not the point here. we are looking for jobs here even for teens . I know this isn't a job for ever but a stepping stone onto bigger and better things. stop and think what happened here, you had a person answer a question about how he felt about a single issue. who the hell does an elected official think they are to threaten a business C O O. any job as ateen is better than no job, remember.......again if a liberal doesn't like something they just can't not use it they want to destroy it. so much for free speech
