You did this before, I think. How about business we'd like to see in the 19th ward?

    Here’s a blog topic:
How about finding a blog host that is not a 19th ward Democratic organization office staff hack front that deletes everything negative about the very politicians that are running this city in to the toilet.
Hey Murph; can you suck hole up to the Joyce, Hynes and O’sheas any more?

Here are some meat and potato subjects...

    1) Anybody seen any Chicago Police Cars West of Western (not counting 7-11 103rd & Artesian).

    2) What is the maximum amount of Chicago Police cars you can have tied up in Brainard?

    3) What will Jerry Joyce do when he steps down as 19th ward committeeman?

    4) What will the Hynes Family do now that they are out of politics?

    5) Will they resurrect the South Side Irish Parade?

    6) Will Patrick Fitzgerald get appointed federal Judge by Barack Obama before Obama gets voted out in 2012? (notice how he hasn’t indicted any big fish since Blago? Gotta be nice to the Dems)

    7) Who will be the next Police Superintendent?

    8) Who has more teeth in their mouth? Luis Guttierez , Sheila Simon or Secretariat?

    9) Does the US atty’s office still make deals not to indict a public official if they step down and do not run again? (like they did in the 1970's)

    10) Will the 19th ward get rid of their ward office and strictly have an internet site only?

    11) How much will it cost to park at the new parking meters on Western and 111th streets.

    12) Will the next Mayor have more 6 figure salary people on his staff than Daley did?

    13) Will the next Mayor have more city inspectors to help drive more mom and pop business out of the city?

    14) Will voters ever admit they got burned when they voted for someone they wish they hadn’t.

    15) Can we privatize the Office of Mayor?

    16) And last but not least, will voters ever understand what a dirtbag Mike Madigan is?

I think we need to explore the real reason why Kevin Joyce abruptly resigned and moved in the middle of the night.

lets talk about how much money government employees are making these days and how that alone threatens to bankrupt the city and the city pensions.

Let also talk about how 20&50 for police and fire was one of the worst things to happen to the city.

How something as simple as bring back the parade!! It's good features far outweighed the drunk suburbanites. Wouldn't it be a great help
to the mom and pop business's in the area.

Kevin Joyce apruptly resigned and moved to Florida for 2 reasons.

First, his father knew Daley was not running back in early summer just like Walter Jacobsen knew at the same time. Therefore the political vein of gold from the 5th Floor to the Joyce machine was going to end. Same reason Gin Gin Rugai decided not to run.

Secondly, he accepted a teaching job out of state and couldn't commute to Florida from Chicago and had to get down there for the start of the semester.

As long as we are talking about parking meters, two other things work good besides spray foam. JB Weld and a MIG welder.

Remember with the parade the vote was 16 to 14 to not have the parade. The committee changes from year to year. The public announcement by that Sheahan lady was more a personal opinion than a unbiased statement.

What was the announcement that the Sheahan lady made?

is it true a family member of a bridgeport elected official who helped cut the meter deal gets $$$ over the life of the deal?

Why was the attendance poor at the political forum held at the Beverly Arts Center low
Why did Bill Cunningham look like a deer in the headlights when Dr Bellar answered questions that he could not.
Same old dumb look... like the Sheahans.

Q)Why are Matt O'Shea people telling others that its ok to sign for more than one candidate?

    A) Because he was never knocked on doors or circulated nominating petitions in his life.

It is a great sign of solidarity to have Michael Joyce cooperate with the Bill Brady campaign and send workers, especially union workers, to defeat Pat Quinn who is bankrupting our state.

We need to send a strong message to the unions that we just can no longer sustain them any longer!

Bi-partisan efforts lead the way to TAKING OUR STATE BACK!

If Matt O'Shea doesn't know those simple rules, how,not that he's going to win, would he run the 19th ward? Oh wait, Rugai will be there whispering in his ear. More of the same old, same old.

  23. Rugai is going to be gone. Retired in Long Beach.

Regarding the resignation of Kevin Joyce...according to the State of Illinois website, the current base salary of an Illinois state legislator is $63,537 per year. Representative Joyce has a wife and 8 children. The state rep job was his full time job. Do the math moron.

Another reason he resigned and moved to Florida.

Does anyone have any details about the fireman from somewhere on Troy who got busted for heroin? His home on 103rd, 104th, or 105th was supposedly raided a few days ago.

Seriously, Matt O'Shea could loose this thing. I don't know of any calvary he can call in to help him. He doesn't have an army.

If anyone witnesses a car with 4 "African Americans" driving around you block take down the license plate number. Apparently their has been 2 separate incidents of young men being robbed of their wallets and cell phones and one had their car carjacked. Talk about this.

Is this connected to the incident on Troy? I don't get it. Is there some link between the marshfield and troy firemen? Why isn't anyone talking about the one on Troy in our neighborhood? Any cops on here? What have you heard? Any nearby neighbors? What is the story with this heroin bust? Was this guy dealing?

Off Topic: But there is an article in the sun times today about a relocating police to high crime areas from non high crime areas. Lets just say wtf! I pay my taxes for city services. I don't even work for the city. Really like my community. I tell you go out and buy a gun. Because, the residents of the wards are screwed.
How long is going to take to get a cop, when this plan takes shape. Lock it down. Its going to be a hell of a ride.
