If it is real, why then do city contracts still go out to the likes of E&J Towing or Freddy Barbra? What really happened with that sale of parking meters? Did any Daley relatives take a brokerage fee off the top? Just asking. Which Daley relative owns a large chunk of Standard Parking Inc.
Is he planning on selling Midway Airport? What will be the ramifications of such a sale on future users of the airport? Will any alderman ask before casting their vote? What about a possible sale of the Chicago water system? Sewer system? Maybe even Western Ave?
