How we will operate.

I am going to try to operate this blog without any editing or censureship. First amendment rules. We will see how it works. Every month we will have a different topic open for discussion. Please don't swear slander or show our neighborhood in a bad light. Remember this blog is being read citywide. Also remember if you write something nasty they can find you real fast by tracing your IP address so don't do it.
